Newborn, some handy info for you - the less pink shop-bought ham is, the lower the salt content will be
Both my cats eat anything they can get their teeth into - one is even partial to still-frozen, raw chips (fries!)
she just can't get enough of it but i don't give her so much because of the salt.
i haven't given her shrimps yet but i've heard cat's love that.. what's your cats favourite?.

dear friends,.
much of what we do on a daily basis is routine and of no particular, earth-shaking importance.
however, after reviewing letters of family going back to wwii, it is fascinating to read what dad was doing on board the aircraft carrier in the pacific on any old day, what mom was cooking on her ever-steaming range, how i was dealing with the roller coaster of emotion at bethel [mom saved all my letters], how nana wrote that she would not study with the witnesses [per my request] but 'here are some mittens i knitted for you when you canvass new york with your magazines.
Just another 'mundane' day here.
Why do we call it mundane though? This day never happened before and it will never happen again...
No - today was a special and unique day, just like every other day!
Wow, I love it when sudden deep thoughts overtake me, makes me feel more alive
So, I had a busy day at work, I achieved a lot more than I expected. My immune system is fighting well so far against the onslaught of flu and colds which all my work colleagues have been suffering from. Now I'm at home listening to the radio until my eyes become heavy enough for me to know I'll sleep if I go to bed.
CoCo, I've never visited the US - and probably never will now as it is so difficult to get there even for a holiday. I would have liked to go some time.

rather than investing in fraudalent schemes.
Talk to your LOCAL COUNCILLOR!
Make them do what they're elected to do!!!
But I'd not bother with the claim of 'fraudulent schemes' unless you have the evidence to back up that statement

Glad you liked Katie Melua - she hit the top in the UK around the same time as Nora Jones as they are quite alike in style.
how 'bout this song:

exhausted emo!
Recovered yet? [4 months later ...]
CoCo
Yes lol!
I've managed to get most working weeks down to around 48 hours - I was doing around 60 and then something inside me just snapped and I said "No more". If I know I'm going to have to work on Saturday, I do fewer hours the rest of the week. It's working, I feel much better and my overall work output hasn't dropped much so everyone's happy!
Yorkie had a recurrence of the cancer but I noticed the tumour whilst it was still very small - another successful removal with relatively minor surgery compared to last time! Halle had to have four teeth removed a few weeks back too seems like the vet has taken half my earnings this year lol! But both cats are doing well and they're worth the cost
I'm at peace with the world and myself for the moment.

in convasation with a american recently i was introduced to the horrific concept of putting cream in tea?!?
they in turn were appaulled by the idea of milk in tea with 12 sugars ( al la builders tea).. so before i put the kettle on, how do you take your tea?.

Yorkshire Tea, made with Yorkshire water, milk and a variable amount of sugar!
I also like Assam.
Hate Earl Grey
greetings fellow music lovers:.
given the numerous "name your favorite tune" threads that are posted here on jwn, it appears that none of us can live without la belle musique.
often my cd player runs through the night.
Yes dear CoCo, sometimes I have that intense need for silence!
To the extent that I yelled at a 'rabbiting' work colleague to "shut the F$*k up!!!" three days ago because they were disturbing a very rare quiet period
Sometimes I have to turn the music of at home, especially if I'm trying to write and the music is good - I am good at multi-tasking but it doesn't extend to singing along and thinking AND typing at the same time!
